Located on the Wetlands and Wildlife Scenic By-Way in Central Kansas, Hudson, Kansas is an incorporated, rural, agricultural based community. Hudson is located in the midst of prime quail, turkey, pheasant, goose, water fowl and deer hunting areas. In fact, Hudson is located approximately 8 miles northwest of one of the 8 Wonders of Kansas—Quivira National Wildlife Refuge.  In addition, Hudson is located within driving distance of other “8 Wonders of Kansas” which include:

Cheyenne Bottoms, Largest Hand Dug Well at Greensburg, Cosmosphere and Salt Museum in Hutchinson,

But what makes Hudson most famous is the fact that it is the home of “Hudson Cream Flour and Wheatland Café.
